Honey Mead (11% ABV)
Alberta-harvested Honey fermented to produce a delicious mead with the scent of honey and a floral, citrusy flavour. Reminiscent of a dry white wine. Pairs well with pork chops and applesauce or turkey and cranberry sauce.
