Mead Questions
What is mead?
Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey with water and sometimes fruits or spices. It is one of the oldest known alcoholic drinks.
How is your mead made?
Our mead is crafted using 100% pure Canadian honey from BeeMaid Honey in Spruce Grove, AB. We carefully ferment the honey to create a delightful, floral, and citrusy beverage reminiscent of a dry white wine.
What flavours of mead do you offer?
We offer several flavours of mead, including Honey Mead, Saskatoon Mead, and Sour Cherry Mead.
How should I serve mead?
Mead can be served at room temperature, chilled, or mulled and warmed on the stove. We find that our mead is best served chilled.
Moonshine Questions
What is moonshine?
Moonshine is a high-proof distilled spirit traditionally made in small batches. It is known for its bold flavours and strong character.
How is your moonshine made?
Our moonshine is distilled in a 200L batch still with copper plates, using sugar, water, and yeast as the base ingredients. The clear moonshines are flavoured during distillation, while colored moonshines are infused with flavours over several weeks.
What flavours of moonshine do you offer?
Our moonshine varieties include Cinnamon Shine, Apple Pie Shine, Nightcap Shine, and more. Each flavour is crafted to provide a unique and enjoyable drinking experience.
How should I serve moonshine?

What measures do you take to ensure product quality?
We use only high-quality ingredients and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the production process. Regular sampling and monitoring ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
How do you incorporate sustainability into your production?
We use an electric still to reduce emissions and have plans to implement a solar system. Our building is well insulated, and we source ingredients locally to support sustainable practices.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, both our mead and moonshine are gluten-free as they are made from honey and other gluten-free ingredients.
